To whom it may concern: I file this complaint against Roobet Casino, and proceed to explain the events that occurred. On July 1, 2021 I let the casino team know directly to the Roobet support on various occasions, about all of my funds sent to my personal casino account, more specifically to the Litecoin AND Ethereum addresses assigned to my personal account inside the Roobet casino. After much discussion of this matter with the Roobet team, they proceeded to make a partial refund of about $ 3,000 on some Litecoin deposits.
However, it also presents problems with many more deposits in Litecoin and on the other hand deposits in Ethereum. They made me wait a couple of days after requesting that I contact them through support but this time via email. (I previously submitted all the background and made this known immediately upon realization, to the casino and their official team via live chat) I also requested my account records, which to this day have been denied and not delivered by the casino, since, after several days of constant request for my account to be credited, my own funds, which were successfully received within the Roobet casino, even later used by the casino, Roobet, decided to block my account permanently without further explanation, and without returning most of my funds sent to your casino and my personal casino account.
He considered that a considerable amount of time has passed, to obtain all the antecedents from the casino, since as I mentioned, this complaint was presented directly to the Roobet casino, on July 1, 2021, and to this day, Roobet still has not returns my cryptocurrencies that were successfully sent to my personal casino account, and despite that, they were not credited.
