RooBet Casino - Did not credit all of the funds I sent to my casino account

To whom it may concern: I file this complaint against Roobet Casino, and proceed to explain the events that occurred. On July 1, 2021 I let the casino team know directly to the Roobet support on various occasions, about all of my funds sent to my personal casino account, more specifically to the Litecoin AND Ethereum addresses assigned to my personal account inside the Roobet casino. After much discussion of this matter with the Roobet team, they proceeded to make a partial refund of about $ 3,000 on some Litecoin deposits.

However, it also presents problems with many more deposits in Litecoin and on the other hand deposits in Ethereum. They made me wait a couple of days after requesting that I contact them through support but this time via email. (I previously submitted all the background and made this known immediately upon realization, to the casino and their official team via live chat) I also requested my account records, which to this day have been denied and not delivered by the casino, since, after several days of constant request for my account to be credited, my own funds, which were successfully received within the Roobet casino, even later used by the casino, Roobet, decided to block my account permanently without further explanation, and without returning most of my funds sent to your casino and my personal casino account.

He considered that a considerable amount of time has passed, to obtain all the antecedents from the casino, since as I mentioned, this complaint was presented directly to the Roobet casino, on July 1, 2021, and to this day, Roobet still has not returns my cryptocurrencies that were successfully sent to my personal casino account, and despite that, they were not credited.

Check my game history, deposits and withdrawals within the Roobet Gaming platform itself, which I shared with Roobet support in which clearly most of my deposits were not, as can be seen in the following attached screenshots where, you can see that; Report this big problem. Also the personal addresses in both Ethereum and Litecoin that were assigned to my personal account within the Roobet casino, with which I can verify the totality of funds sent by me to my Roobet accounts. My account at the casino, or username was: TikiTiki and my associated email is the same as Askgamblers. It is also worth mentioning that I did not violate any terms or conditions of the casino, I did not use any bonus funds, and the funds that Roobet received from me, without absolutely legitimate, which were sent from my personal accounts of the local exchange houses, which go through a high and high standard of AML and KYC and comply with all national and international legal provisions.

At the moment, I request from Roobet at least half of the funds sent in Ethereum, which is the minimum that Roobet estimated to owe me, even though it could be much more, therefore, I request from Roobet the return of at least 21.5 ETH (Ethereum) to me, to end my complaint against the casino. The total funds sent were more than 43 Ethereum and more than 50 Litecoin, as can be corroborated in the public information of the respective blockchains. To finish, thanking you in advance for your kind management and even, thanking the casino for the possible solution that will be delivered to me, a cordial greeting.

Following a review of valid information and proof presented by Roobet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team hereby confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with and ruled by the operator's appointed ADR entity.

Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the AGCCS policy of compliance with the decisions taken by the official regulatory bodies and/or ADR entities, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close the case as resolved in operator's favour.

Dear Askgamblers: I leave attached some of the evidence that I handle of my case, the live support has full access to my data and accounts, and they were aware of my problem, they only mentioned and promised answers and solutions, I also leave a screenshot of the deposit history, but also from the addresses of the cryptocurrencies on the Roobet site.

Roobet support knew about my problem, several support agents checked my account and they also noticed this and assuming that it was a lot of money, they couldn't do much, but roobet insists on denying my money back.

Again I see that Roobet wants to leave me out of my own case and problem that they generated for me. It's a pity that they cannot prove the opposite of my statements and proofs or evidence, and that they insist on denying to solve my problem, even so, I ask the Askgamblers team to clarify for me and perhaps mention what the casino supposedly says, or what their explanations are , although honestly I need a concrete solution to the problem that this casino still drags me, and that is precisely and appropriately the return of my funds. I still do not have the explanations of why my account was blocked and banned from their site either, and as you can see there are no explanations from the casino that prefers to leave everything private between them and the Askgamblers team despite the fact that my evidence is in my complaint that I was able to rescue before they deleted my account, from all the deposits and cryptocurrency wallets that they assigned. Roobet, give my money back!

Is withholding my funds and blocking me when I complain

Hey everyone,


I am posting this to warn other players and to get the attention of Roobet’s management. Roobet has been holding my money hostage for over a month now, using endless "verification checks" as a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid paying me out.

Here is the exact timeline of how they treat their customers:


The Setup: Over a month ago, I requested a withdrawal and was denied and asked to complete a Source of Funds verification. I immediately wanted to cooperate and follow the rules.


The Document: I submitted my official, government-registered Norwegian pay slip (Employer:< removed >). It shows my full name, the year (2026), and all legal tracking info. They rejected it, claiming it "didn't meet standards", which is completely absurd for an official document.

The Stalling: For weeks, every time I email them for updates, I just receive the exact same automated robot answer: "We will notify the team and get back to you." They never do.

The Ghosting: Yesterday, I tried resolving this via live chat. The agent ("Lucy") was listed as active but completely ignored my messages for hours while I was just begging for a manual review (see attached file)


The "Soft-Ban" Retaliation: When I finally had enough and pasted a formal notice demanding a compliance manager, the agent literally terminated my session 15 seconds later. They blocked my chat access and forced a fake "network connection error" screen to pop up just to get rid of a complaining customer.


Conclusion:

This is classic predatory behavior. Roobet is trying to wear me down, hoping I will give up or gamble my balance away. It is a severe breach of gaming regulations to actively block a player from contacting customer support when they ask for their rightful payout.

I demand that a real Compliance Manager looks at my case, approves my authentic income documents, unblocks my live chat, and releases my funds.

Verified Account but Funds Locked Disabled and Withdrawals Failing Fund above 225000
I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue with my Roobet account, where I am unable to access my funds despite completing full verification.
My account shows all verification levels approved, including identity and source of funds. However, I am currently facing the following problems:
I am unable to make any deposits (system shows “Depositing currently unavailable”)
All withdrawal attempts are failing via iCash.one
Error shown: “Transaction could not be processed, kindly contact support”

Main Issue: Contradictory Support Responses
The support team has provided inconsistent and misleading information:
Initially, they confirmed that my account is fully active and I can deposit and withdraw without any issue
Later, they stated that my account is restricted from FIAT payments due to security reasons
However, in reality:
Deposits are disabled
Withdrawals are not processing
No clear explanation or resolution has been provided
Live chat is also not responding anymore.
Concerns:
Funds are being held without justification
No transparency from the platform
No clear communication or timeline for resolution
Support is unresponsive
