Deposit of 500 has still not been processed after 3 days

I deposited 500 usd into my roobet account using the upi option which amount to 47060.60 INR while paying through upi. After completing the transaction and entering the utr as instructed on the payment page, I got a screen of “If you have already paid, wait for us to confirm the transaction”. It’s been three days since then that I have not received my deposit. This is the most frustrating thing that could happen to a gambler especially when that’s almost everything I have to my name right now. I have never experienced delay of this sort on a deposit on any site and the live support keeps repeating the same extract “We have forwarded your concern to the payments team. I don’t understand how can it take over 76 hours to confirm a transaction when all the details were provided immediately: the payment screenshot, the payment page screenshot which I used for paying, UTR(Reference Id) of that transaction. This is so distressing for me and I just keep reopening roobet all day in hopes of seeing my balance as 500 and not 0. Attaching all the screenshots relating to the payment here along with the transaction id

Verified Account but Funds Locked Disabled and Withdrawals Failing Fund above 225000
I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue with my Roobet account, where I am unable to access my funds despite completing full verification.
My account shows all verification levels approved, including identity and source of funds. However, I am currently facing the following problems:
I am unable to make any deposits (system shows “Depositing currently unavailable”)
All withdrawal attempts are failing via iCash.one
Error shown: “Transaction could not be processed, kindly contact support”

Main Issue: Contradictory Support Responses
The support team has provided inconsistent and misleading information:

Later, they stated that my account is restricted from FIAT payments due to security reasons
However, in reality:
Deposits are disabled
Withdrawals are not processing
No clear explanation or resolution has been provided
Live chat is also not responding anymore.

No clear communication or timeline for resolution
