This was investigated fully from our side and the user was notified that they would have to dispute this further with their bank as no funds were received on our bank's end. We have also reviewed their bank statement, however as confirmed on our end, no funds were received in which is why they would have to dispute a refund further with their bank.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Roobet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

The disputed amount never reached the payment provider and subsequently, the casino's account. Since there was no fault on the part of the casino, we have no other choice but to reject the complaint and advise the player to reach out to the bank and arrange a refund.
