Please help me get my withdraw i do not want to wait anylonger

Chat have told me withdraw would be sent same day or day after and this have not happend,

So its just talk witout action

Issue with internal server error

Hello,

I have won 800 euros on rockstar casino, have fully verified my account and tried to withdraw my funds to the same method I used to deposit with - crypto, at the start tried bitcoin received error message - internal server error, contacted support, they told me I should withdraw to USDT-trc20, tried that, the same error message.

After a week of sending e-mails to the casino received a message that I need to try to withdraw to my bank account/credit card. I tried that and received an error message that I need to withdraw to the same method I used to deposit.

It has been about 3 weeks since my first try of withdrawal, now already 10 days simply no-one is answering me on emails, etc.

Have no idea how to resolve this, as I am simply being ignored.

I really hope this somehow can help this situation and someone from the Rockstar team will finally really look into this.

No payment of winnings for 2 weeks

I'm having a problem with Rockstar Casino.
On January 9th, I won a small amount of €560. I was playing for cash. I tried to request a withdrawal, which is limited to €500 per day, but the system kept returning an error: LС_error
I contacted support, but their recommendations to try clearing cookies and using a different browser didn't work.
On January 11th, I logged into the casino again and noticed in the profile section that my account wasn't verified. I immediately verified it and was able to request a withdrawal of €450.
I waited four days for a payout, got nothing, and contacted the chat on January 15th.
They told me payouts take 2-5 business days. I waited some more, but nothing happened.
I contacted the chat on January 19th, and again they kept promising and asking me to wait.
On January 21st, nothing had changed—the same promises and no action.
Ten business days have passed, and I can't believe their finance department is so overloaded that they can't process a cryptocurrency payout; it takes less than a minute. They simply don't want to pay.

Scammed by Rockstar

I won 920 euros, and they keep lying to me that they will approve my winnings for 6 days straight.

Every day they tell it's gonna be done today, but that never happens.

Please remove this casino, it's a scam.

After depositing for 2 months, almost every day losing my money there, and making small withdrawals like 30-100 euros came one day to win 920 euros, and they don't want to pay me for 6 days.

This site is a total scam.

Please remove it from AskGamblers before more people get scammed there!
