I emailed Palace of Chance on 13 May 2018 to ask to be immediately permanently excluded, as I'm struggling with impulsive gambling . I had a reply to acknowledge that my email had been received. (See below sorry couldn't attach)
31 May 2018, 18 days later, they have accepted three deposits from me totaling $90. I don't believe Palace of Chance has co-operated with my self exclusion request in a timely manner, have ignored or is delaying my request and is not a casino which promotes responsible gaming, I would like a refund on my deposits.
