Subject: Formal Complaint Against Reel Raven Casino – Unjustified Withdrawal Delays

I would like to file a formal complaint against Reel Raven Casino regarding the unreasonable delay of my withdrawal.

I submitted my withdrawal request on 8 July 2026, and since then I have been unable to receive my winnings.

The casino repeatedly delays the process by requesting additional verification documents. Every time I provide the requested documents, I contact their support team to confirm whether everything is in order. They always reply that everything is fine and that I only need to wait.

However, after approximately three days, instead of processing my withdrawal, they reject it and request yet another document or additional information. This pattern has repeated multiple times.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requests and have submitted every document they asked for. Despite this, the casino continues to delay my withdrawal without providing a valid reason.

I believe this behavior is unfair and appears to be an intentional tactic to avoid paying my legitimate winnings.

I respectfully request that the AskGamblers investigate this matter and require Reel Raven Casino to process my withdrawal without any further unnecessary delays.

I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal requests and my communication with the casino's support team as evidence.

Confiscation 1900 euros

would like to file a complaint against Reel Raven Casino.

I deposited around 400 EUR in two separate deposits (although I was charged more because of fees). After playing normally and legitimately, I managed to increase my balance to around 1,960 EUR.

At no point did I do anything irregular. I did not use any bonus of any kind. I simply deposited money, played casino games normally, and won.

When I tried to withdraw my balance, the casino started delaying the process repeatedly. They kept asking for more time and giving vague responses without any real explanation.

After days of delays and uncertainty, they suddenly confiscated my balance and closed my account. I was left with nothing.

I believe this treatment is extremely unfair and abusive. The casino allowed me to deposit, allowed me to play, accepted my losses while I was gambling, but once I won and requested a withdrawal, they decided not to pay me.

The whole experience has been humiliating and very frustrating. Support has been cold, repetitive, and completely unwilling to help or provide a reasonable explanation.

I have screenshots, emails, transaction proofs, chat conversations, and supporting evidence showing the deposits, the balance, the withdrawal attempts, and the confiscation of funds.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to review this case and help recover my confiscated balance.
