Confiscation 1900 euros
would like to file a complaint against Reel Raven Casino.
I deposited around 400 EUR in two separate deposits (although I was charged more because of fees). After playing normally and legitimately, I managed to increase my balance to around 1,960 EUR.
At no point did I do anything irregular. I did not use any bonus of any kind. I simply deposited money, played casino games normally, and won.
When I tried to withdraw my balance, the casino started delaying the process repeatedly. They kept asking for more time and giving vague responses without any real explanation.
After days of delays and uncertainty, they suddenly confiscated my balance and closed my account. I was left with nothing.
I believe this treatment is extremely unfair and abusive. The casino allowed me to deposit, allowed me to play, accepted my losses while I was gambling, but once I won and requested a withdrawal, they decided not to pay me.
The whole experience has been humiliating and very frustrating. Support has been cold, repetitive, and completely unwilling to help or provide a reasonable explanation.
I have screenshots, emails, transaction proofs, chat conversations, and supporting evidence showing the deposits, the balance, the withdrawal attempts, and the confiscation of funds.
I respectfully ask AskGamblers to review this case and help recover my confiscated balance.
