Unable to reach casino via support methods and withdrawal not being processed
Hello,
I am unable to reach anyone at reel emperor to resolve an issue I am having with them.
My withdrawal keeps getting rejected. My passport expired. I uploaded my updated driving license and passport. They keep getting marked as rejected and the withdrawal is cancelled.
I have emailed multiple times and no response. The chat does not seem to work, I have tried launching on my desktop, phone and different browsers. Nothing seems to work.
I am simply unable to contact the casino and when I call the number they have for support the line is dead?
I really need some help from askgamblers to get in contact with them, if I can.
