Unable to reach casino via support methods and withdrawal not being processed

Hello,

I am unable to reach anyone at reel emperor to resolve an issue I am having with them.

My withdrawal keeps getting rejected. My passport expired. I uploaded my updated driving license and passport. They keep getting marked as rejected and the withdrawal is cancelled.

I have emailed multiple times and no response. The chat does not seem to work, I have tried launching on my desktop, phone and different browsers. Nothing seems to work.

I am simply unable to contact the casino and when I call the number they have for support the line is dead?

I really need some help from askgamblers to get in contact with them, if I can.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Reel Emperor Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

My account had been previously approved and all my documents were approved.

My passport then expired.

I think I accidently uploaded the wrong image of my passport which was an edited image for a work project, not for verification.

I have my Irish ID card and new Passport which I can upload directly to reel emperor.
