Gaming crash and account block closures

Contacted redspins customer service 30.04/.2021 for a gaming issue. Assured me they would investigate and get back to me,. free spins crashed on 88 fortunes (scientific games) with an accumulated win of £326.40 and one spin to come...contacted customer service to raise an issue and continuously been in contact for 8 weeks with no resolution. Customer service now have blocked my account and I cannot access live chat. Their customer service number does not exist/ disconnected. Only way to contact them is via email and I receive a stock answer and "ill reach out to the relevant department" This has been continuing since the 30th April and my account is still blocked, customer complaint raised and no action taken/. I have kept all 8 weeks+ of my email trails as evidence.
