On the advise of the Ask Gamblers customer support person I have been corresponding with via email I am submitting a complaint, however I’m not sure my issue warrants a complaint or not. I do my research before registration on any gaming site to be sure I’m able to depo and cashout without issue and of course to see what kind of standing the casino itself has in the gaming world. I use my debit/MasterCard to deposit for the most part. I am aware that my cashout can not be placed back into my bank account this method so far not by any site, so I always make sure I am able to do a wire transfer which is always “instant banking”and have never had an issue on any site . So after making a few deposits over a few months I decided I wanted to cash out a small $200 win. I’ve come to find out that wire transfer is NOT an option for me after many emails back and forth with the casino support. The actual options available to me is MasterCard (which do not allow deposits or refunds from gaming sites in Canada) Visa and ecopayz. I do not use these options and do not plan to sign up and pay fees to ewallets I will never use. It was pretty clearly stated on the Ask Gamblers bio page of Reactcasino that wire transfer IS and WAS an option but apparently it’s really not. So why did I make a deposit let alone several over time to a site I am unable to cashout? My money still sits in my Reactcasino account and I basically have no way to get it to my bank account! So what now! Thanks for you attention.
