My deposit has still not shown after 8 days. I have contacted support on every platform available, yet I only receive the same repetitive and robotic replies without real help. This delay is unacceptable, and I urgently need a clear update and resolution regarding my funds. Please help me i don't know what to do more

We would like to provide a detailed explanation of the situation. The player made a deposit using the BSC-USD network, which unfortunately is not currently available on our side. As a result, the transaction became stuck in the blockchain and did not automatically reach the player’s account.

As soon as the issue was identified, we escalated the case internally. After review, the payments team made the decision to manually credit the full deposit amount to the player’s balance, ensuring that the client did not experience further delays in accessing their funds.

At this moment, the problem has been fully resolved, and the player has received the necessary funds. Our technical team is also working to stabilize the BSC-USD network to prevent such cases from reoccurring in the future.

Account blocked money blocked without explaining why

I have played at Rakebit casino in the past, only made 2 deposits via Ethereum after cheking the deposit history. Today I decided to play again and deposited around 75usd via Solana network. Used slots, Le Cowboy mainly , bought 3 bonuses, and won in the end around 160usd. Raised my ballance to around 200 and decided to proceed with a withdrawl since I am a recreational player and I play with modest amount of money.
After a couple of hours I get an Email , which can be provided if needed, that my account was blocked because of this:

17.1.1. participating in any type of collusion with other Users;
17.1.2. development of strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings;
17.1.3. fraudulent actions against Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd. reg number: 15736 or its payment providers;
17.1.4. chargeback transactions;
17.1.5. the use of third party software or analysis systems;
17.1.6. creating two or more accounts;
17.1.7. using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating);
17.1.8. or become bankrupt in the country of his/her residence.

I have absolutely no ideea how they came up with this, since my activity was minimal and I have only deposited 3 times in total. Anyway, sent them 3 email, all that they said is that they cannot disclose the reasen behind the decision that has made and this is permanent and so on. What do you mean? I have the right to know, what Inhave done wrong. I have lost my deposit money, and everything else apparently. I think other players sshould be aware of this Rakebit casino and I hope you will help me to rase some concerns around these people. Thanks

Since 6. april until 11. April, I tried to close my account because I have gambling problems and I lost too much money. It was really difficult to close my account, support could not close it and two different VIP hosts tried to offer me bonuses, while my account was kept open so I could lose more money. This is a serious breach of responsible gambling at a casino, I want the money I deposited between 6.-11.April refunded! I deposited a total of 2300 EURO in the time after I demanded my account to be closed!

Self Exclusion Request Ignored Deposits Allowed After Gambling Addiction Declaration

On March 21, 2026, I explicitly informed Rakebit Casino about my gambling addiction and clearly requested immediate self-exclusion and account closure.

Instead of restricting my account, I was only directed to complete a gambling-related test, while my account remained fully active and unrestricted.

As a result, I was able to continue depositing and gambling between March 21 and March 25, 2026.

This is a clear failure to apply responsible gambling measures. Once a player declares gambling addiction and requests self-exclusion, the operator must act immediately to prevent further harm.

Allowing continued access and accepting deposits after such a request represents a serious breach of responsible gambling obligations.

Unpaid Winnings 140000 USD and Account Closure at Rakebit

Hello, I would like to ask for your advice regarding an issue 🙏

Are you familiar with the platform Rakebit?

I previously deposited approximately USD 30,000 on this platform.
After winning, I was able to withdraw around USD 60,000 without any issues, and I kept part of the profit in the account to continue playing.

Eventually, my account balance reached approximately USD 140,000. When I attempted to withdraw this amount, the casino began delaying the payment.

Their Telegram support repeatedly told me that my account was “under investigation,” and this lasted for about 10 days.

After that, I received an official email stating that my account was permanently closed due to an alleged violation of their Terms of Use. As a result, USD 140,000 remains locked in my account and cannot be withdrawn.

My final actual balance was approximately USD 140,000. However, the screenshot I was able to save only shows a balance of USD 129,743.13, as I did not expect my account to be permanently locked and therefore did not capture the exact final amount at that moment.

Explain why this transaction which clearly indicates 'my address in Rakebit' receiving the funds haven't been credited to my account in Rakebit casino. If these weren't sent to my address which Rakebit is saying then why were these funds sent by Rakebit / their wallet provider to some random address that is not mine?

First Rakebit say I did not deposit and then they change the story all the time. It’s a big joke.

Rakebit has sent my SOL to random address. You can see that in latest transaction my 0.53 SOL was sent out and you can under that transaction that my SOL did arrive.

I have attached a screenshot from my Rakebit casino account where you can see my SOL deposit address.

I have also attached many of their replies indicating the total opposite of the evidence I show.

This is totally wrong and they have stolen my SOL.

If you don't understand krypto I would say this is like they give me bank account details and I send USD to their bankaccount number that I got from them and they say the money has not arrived even though records show they got the USD and in this case they also sent it to some unknown wallet that is not mine.

Please help, registered on 09/12/2024 made a deposit in cryptocurrency and started playing in the casino and placing bets. 12/23/2024 my balance was 873 dollars. I ordered all the money to my wallet of my exchange. After 1 hour, my account was closed.
