Verification pending for 15 days now
Dear AskGamblers Support Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against RajaBets regarding a pending withdrawal of Rs. 97,000, which has now been delayed for over 15 days.
I had initially requested the withdrawal, and it was accepted by RajaBets. However, to my surprise, after one day, I received an email stating that the withdrawal had been declined. There was no proper explanation provided for this action.
Since then, I have completed the full KYC verification process, and submitted all the necessary documents and photographs as requested by the platform. Despite this, my account has still not been verified, and the withdrawal remains pending.
I urgently need these funds, and this ongoing delay is causing a lot of stress and inconvenience.
Additionally, the customer support is entirely automated, and every time I try to seek assistance, I receive the same repetitive responses with no real resolution or human interaction. I have also sent multiple emails to their support team, but none of them have been responded to.
It appears as though this delay is being done intentionally, to prevent me from accessing my own money, which is extremely frustrating and unfair.
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help get this matter resolved at the earliest. I am also attaching screenshots and documents as proof of my communication and verification attempts.
