My withdrawal not getting completed more than 5 days gone I have made withdrawal on 24 th oct 2026 but still today the status is waiting and when I reachout to customer support they are giving same same replies but no resolution.

Kindly help to get my withdrawal money.

As per standard guidline it should get finished in maximum 72 hrs but not it's double time but still no resolution provided and I'm unable to place another request as this request is in waiting state

Refuses immediate self exclusion

I want to report Rajabets for refusing my self-exclusion request.

On October 18, 2026, I emailed Rajabets asking them to permanently close my account because I am suffering heavy financial losses and mental stress from gambling.

Instead of blocking my account, they replied on October 25, 2026, saying my account will only close automatically if I do not log in for 90 days.

Forcing someone with gambling losses to stay active for 90 days is wrong and unsafe.

Please help me get my account permanently closed and blocked immediately.

Withdrawal on hold and account verification pending

Hello Ask gamblers team,

I have been facing withdrawal issues on Rajabets for the last 8 days. I signed up with Rajabets on 25/09/2026, made 4 successful deposits, and completed 2 successful withdrawals on 26/09 and 27/09 without being asked for any KYC.

On 28/09, I requested another withdrawal of INR 100,000 (their maximum withdrawal limit). When the withdrawal was delayed, their support explicitly told me that it had been processed and debited from their end and that the delay was due to a bank-side technical issue. I have screenshots of this conversation.

I waited patiently for 4 days and repeatedly contacted their support, but received only generic responses. Then, the withdrawal was automatically cancelled, and suddenly I was told that I needed to complete KYC before withdrawing.

I complied and submitted all requested documents through both their app and email. However, my KYC has now been pending for 4 days, with no clear response or timeline from support.

My current balance is INR 920,000, which I have been trying to withdraw for more than 8 days. I have also found numerous similar complaints online regarding Rajabets delaying withdrawals by introducing KYC requirements after players win.

I am attaching screenshots of the support conversations, cancelled withdrawal, KYC submission, and current balance.

AskGamblers, could you please help escalate this with Rajabets and get my KYC completed and funds released? I am not placing any further bets until this issue is resolved.

Unreasonable KYC verification Delay and Withdrawal Hold

Dear AskGamblers Team & Rajabets Management,

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unreasonable delay in my KYC verification and the withholding of my funds by Rajabets.

I submitted my original, authentic identity documents over 13 days ago. However, my verification status is stuck on "Waiting". Whenever I contact Live Support, I only receive repetitive, automated messages asking me to "wait patiently" as the risk department is reviewing it in a queue.

Furthermore, I have sent over 10+ emails to [email protected] in the past 8 days, but I have not received a single response. Rajabets claims to reply to every email, yet they completely ignore my queries while intentionally delaying my KYC to hold my withdrawal.

I have played strictly according to their Terms and Conditions, maintained only a single account, and provided valid government documents. Why is a platform like Rajabets withholding user funds under the guise of verification?

I am attaching my account screenshots as evidence. I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help me resolve this issue so I can withdraw my balance of ₹2,19,000.

Has Not Processed My Permanent Self Exclusion Request

I am raising this complaint because Rajabets has not processed my request for permanent self-exclusion despite multiple formal requests sent to their support team.

On 20 September 2026, I contacted Rajabets and clearly requested the immediate and permanent self-exclusion of my account. I specifically requested that the account be permanently closed with no possibility of reactivation or bypass.

I followed up multiple times on 21 September 2026, again requesting permanent self-exclusion and confirmation that my account had been fully deactivated.

Rajabets eventually replied, but instead of processing my permanent self-exclusion request, they told me that my account would only be automatically terminated after 90 consecutive days without logging in. They also stated that logging in would reset the 90-day period.

This does not address my explicit request for immediate permanent self-exclusion.

Their own Self-Exclusion page states that users can request self-exclusion indefinitely, and that once processed, self-exclusion will lock the account and the action is permanent.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to review this matter and assist me in obtaining confirmation that my account is permanently self-excluded/closed, rather than relying on a 90-day inactivity termination.
