Withdrawal stuck for 6 months despite full KYC verification No resolution from Rajabets
I am writing this complaint regarding my withdrawal which has been stuck for the last 6 months.
Rajabets requested KYC verification documents from me, and I have submitted all required documents including ID proof, address proof, payment method proof, and any additional verification requested.
Even after submitting everything, my account remains under “security review” for 6 months with no clear explanation. Customer support repeatedly says that they cannot help and that only the security department handles this matter. However, I have not received any proper timeline, reason, or resolution.
It is unreasonable to keep funds on hold for such a long period without providing a valid explanation. I request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter and release my withdrawal as soon as possible.
I am willing to provide all proof including screenshots of emails, chat conversations, and verification submissions.
