Withdrawal Pending Due to Verification Delay
I am writing to submit a complaint regarding my account verification and withdrawal delay at Rajabets Casino.
I submitted my KYC documents on 15 February 2026 as requested (front and back of ID and selfie with ID). Customer support confirmed that my documents were successfully queued and are under review by the Risk Department.
However, my verification is still pending and I am unable to withdraw my funds. I have contacted support multiple times and received only standard responses asking me to wait.
My account is active and I can continue playing, but withdrawals are restricted until verification is completed. I kindly request AskGamblers team to assist in resolving this matter and ensuring a fair and timely verification process.
