Withdrawal Blocked Due to Pending Verification

Hello Rajabets and AskGamblers Team,


I would like to report an issue regarding the pending verification of my Rajabets account. My account verification has been pending for the past 9 days, and as a result, my withdrawal request is currently blocked.

I submitted all the required verification documents on 4 March, but my verification status still shows "Waiting." Because of this delay, my funds are inaccessible, and my hard-earned money remains stuck on the platform.

I consider myself a genuine customer of Rajabets and have always trusted the platform. However, I have been following up continuously with the Rajabets support team and have not received any clear or helpful response. Each time, I receive the same reply stating that they do not have information about the verification timeline.

I believe the verification process should be transparent, and customers should be provided with a clear timeframe for completion.

At the moment, I urgently need access to my funds due to a personal emergency. I deposited my money on the platform with full trust in Rajabets, and I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Nature of Winnings: My total balance is ₹1,09,301.50. I want to state clearly that I won this amount purely through Cricket Multibets in the Sportsbook.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
