Verification was delaying more than 5 days


I am customer in rajabets casino. I deposited 50000 on 23rd January 2025. After winning amount I put withdrawal. That was rejected by Rajabets Casino. After that they asked me to upload my identity details. I uploaded on 24th January 2025. Till now they haven’t completed my verification. Still it was in waiting. So many times i asked in live chat. They just reply with the same reply only. So only I come here to complain about that issue. I have attached deposit and withdrawal history and identity upload details screenshots

I think again they will take 10 days for verification. Such a worst response. They made me wait for 10 days and rejecting my documents. What is this. I don’t know whats happening. They scamming all Indian customers money by doing like this.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed. It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.


Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.
