This is my final request regarding my account.
It has been over one month since I submitted my KYC documents, and my account is still showing 'pending'. Due to this, I am unable to withdraw my funds.
I have already contacted live support multiple times, sent several emails, and even raised the issue publicly, but I am only receiving repeated generic responses like please wait, without any clear timeline or resolution
Please check and resolve my issue as soon as possible

It has been almost a month since my KYC verification process started, and my account is still not fully verified. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the prolonged delay.
About a week ago, my identity document and selfie were successfully approved. Immediately after that, as requested by your support team, I submitted my 6-month bank statement. However, I have not received any update regarding my verification status since then.
Even today, I continue to receive the same generic response. I have fully cooperated with the verification process and have submitted all requested documents.
I kindly request you to complete my verification and restore my withdrawal access as soon as possible.
