This is my final request regarding my account.
It has been over one month since I submitted my KYC documents, and my account is still showing 'pending'. Due to this, I am unable to withdraw my funds.
I have already contacted live support multiple times, sent several emails, and even raised the issue publicly, but I am only receiving repeated generic responses like please wait, without any clear timeline or resolution.
This is unacceptable.
If my KYC is not verified and my withdrawal is not processed within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further by reporting it on multiple public platforms and forums.
