At start I was able to withdraw the amount. But once amount got increased, they asked for KYC verification.

I have submitted all the documents, But still not reply from their side.

I need to repay the same amount by 25th June.

Please try to resolve the verification issues asap so I can withdraw my funds.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed. While I fully understand and respect the need for verification procedures, I am concerned about the timing and duration of this process.


Prior to this significant win, I had deposited funds, played regularly, and successfully received several withdrawals from my account without being asked to complete any additional verification. It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.


Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.


I respectfully request your assistance in reviewing this matter and ensuring that my verification process is completed promptly so that my outstanding payout can be released without any further delay.


I would greatly appreciate a detailed update on the status of my account review, the reason for the prolonged delay, and a clear timeframe for resolution.
