Verification Pending for 9 days


I have been user of Rajabets since Nov 23.

Haven't won most of the time, but never complained. Withdrawals were fast.

But recently withdrawals were delayed to 2-3 day, fine, no issues.

My last withdrawal got cancelled, and verification was asked for.

I immediately on 23 April 1 AM, submitted required documents, as I was already waiting for my withdrawal to process which got cancelled.

Submitted Identity Card (Front/Back) and 3 selfies, as I thought earlier one may not be as per instructions, to be more sure.

Now from that day status is still waiting. Customer support has same reply "your documents in queue". I at least expect some time frame for resolution.

I have also lost all, but expect if we have some winnings those should also be given back fast.

Deposits happen in few secs, withdrawals take 1-3 days.

That's not good, as players often lose if money stays there with casino.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
