I submitted my verification documents to Raja Bets on March 12th, 2024. I uploaded the front and back of my Aadhar card, a clear selfie in high definition quality, and a PDF format of my postpaid mobile bill. After one month, on April 6th, they approved the front and back of my Aadhar card but rejected the mobile bill and selfie.
They requested a new selfie, which I promptly uploaded on April 8th in good quality for verification. However, it has been 20 days since then and there has been no progress.
It has been almost 2 months now, and Raja Bets has not been responsive. Despite contacting their customer support multiple times, I have received no satisfactory response. I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and assist me. I have attached all relevant screenshots for your reference.

Rajabets is renowned for being one of the most popular and user-friendly platforms, although the verification process may require some time. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Rajabets for their exceptional service.
As it can be found on the users end, there are various contradictions. However, the user is informed about this matter and his verification will be completed accordingly.
I submitted my documents for verification on Rajabets on 12th March. The documents included a selfie, Aadhar card (front and back), bank statement, and postpaid mobile bill. On 6th April, the Aadhar card (front and back) was approved, but the rest of the documents were rejected. I re-uploaded the selfie on 9th March, which was also rejected. After contacting customer support, they advised me to upload it again along with the Aadhar card email code and to contact them on Telegram @rajabetssupport. I followed their instructions, and after sharing the document on Telegram, they confirmed it was in the correct format and asked me to upload it on their site. I resubmitted the same selfie document on the site. However, it has been over a week now, and the status is still showing as pending. I have been waiting and following up for over 2 months to get verified, but I have not received any response from Rajabets. Every time I contact live support, they mention that they are not authorized to provide information on verification status.
I kindly request Rajabets to expedite the verification process. Otherwise, you may risk losing many valuable clients due to negative reviews.

I did not request any changes to my email. However, someone attempted to fraudulently make those changes. I immediately informed the live support team, and they advised me to change my password and activate 2FA security, which I promptly did. To verify my account, the Rajabets team sent a code to my registered email address. As instructed by the live support team, i also shared the code on Rajabets' Telegram ID, @rajabetssupport. After telegram id @rajabetssupport confirmed that everything was fine, I uploaded the code on the site. Both the live support team and Rajabets' Telegram ID are now requesting further steps, which I am following accordingly. Rajabet's Telegram ID even checked my mobile number. I have provided all the necessary information and will continue to do so. I kindly request you to proceed with my verification process
