On 3 August, I uploaded my documents for verification.
I have a 11600+ balance in my account, but for 22 days no update, only showing waiting.
When I contact customer support, they say only my ID is in the queue, same message every time.
Please help me solve my issue.
I didn't play with any bonus, only real money, but what's the issue? They didn't say now I have to wait 1 year?
