Verification issues and hence withdrawals delayed


Its been 5 days since i have submitted KYC documents however Rajabets.com is not verifying my account.
The status still shows as 'waiting' since day 1. I checked with Live chat support team and their answer is ' there is no concrete timeline' for verification (??). I only have 1 account with Rajabets.
Not sure why Rajabets.com is harassing their players like this.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.
