Hi I am writing this complaint to address the issue of verification delay for more than 5 days and I am not even getting any replies from Rajabet email support.

Even after emailing their email support they didn’t even reply or give any response

It has been 5 days since I submitted all the required documents for account
verification. However, my account status still it shows as "waiting," and there has been no progress on the verification process.

I have reached out to the Rajabets Live Chat support multiple times, but I have not received any clear information regarding a timeline for verification.

Kindly request you to help me in this matter as i need my funds

They are not willing to give the user’s funds.

Unreasonable KYC verification Delay and Withdrawal Hold

Dear AskGamblers Team & Rajabets Management,

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unreasonable delay in my KYC verification and the withholding of my funds by Rajabets.

* KYC Submission Date: 11/09/2026 (13+ Days Pending)

I submitted my original, authentic identity documents over 13 days ago. However, my verification status is stuck on "Waiting". Whenever I contact Live Support, I only receive repetitive, automated messages asking me to "wait patiently" as the risk department is reviewing it in a queue.

Furthermore, I have sent over 10+ emails to [email protected] in the past 8 days, but I have not received a single response. Rajabets claims to reply to every email, yet they completely ignore my queries while intentionally delaying my KYC to hold my withdrawal.

I have played strictly according to their Terms and Conditions, maintained only a single account, and provided valid government documents. Why is a platform like Rajabets withholding user funds under the guise of verification?

I am attaching my account screenshots as evidence. I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help me resolve this issue so I can withdraw my balance of ₹2,19,000.

Has Not Processed My Permanent Self Exclusion Request

I am raising this complaint because Rajabets has not processed my request for permanent self-exclusion despite multiple formal requests sent to their support team.

On 20 September 2026, I contacted Rajabets and clearly requested the immediate and permanent self-exclusion of my account. I specifically requested that the account be permanently closed with no possibility of reactivation or bypass.

I followed up multiple times on 21 September 2026, again requesting permanent self-exclusion and confirmation that my account had been fully deactivated.

Rajabets eventually replied, but instead of processing my permanent self-exclusion request, they told me that my account would only be automatically terminated after 90 consecutive days without logging in. They also stated that logging in would reset the 90-day period.

This does not address my explicit request for immediate permanent self-exclusion.

Their own Self-Exclusion page states that users can request self-exclusion indefinitely, and that once processed, self-exclusion will lock the account and the action is permanent.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to review this matter and assist me in obtaining confirmation that my account is permanently self-excluded/closed, rather than relying on a 90-day inactivity termination.

KYC Verification Pending for More Than 2 Months and Withdrawal Frozen

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am writing to request your urgent intervention regarding my Rajabets account.

My KYC verification has been pending for more than two months. Around two months ago, Rajabets requested verification documents, and I submitted all the required details and documents on the same day.

Despite fully cooperating with the verification process, my KYC has still not been completed, and my withdrawal remains frozen. I am unable to access or withdraw my funds.

I have also sent multiple follow-up emails to Rajabets, but I am not receiving any proper response or meaningful update regarding the status of my verification.

I want to clearly state that I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity or intentionally violated any betting rules. I have provided the documents requested by Rajabets and have been waiting patiently for more than two months.

I find it unreasonable that my funds can remain inaccessible for such a long period while the operator continues to delay the verification without providing a clear explanation or resolution timeline.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help me obtain:

A clear explanation from Rajabets regarding the reason for the prolonged KYC delay.
Confirmation of whether any additional documents or information are actually required from me.
Immediate completion of my KYC verification.
Release of my legitimate funds and processing of my pending withdrawal.

I have already waited for more than two months and have made several attempts to contact Rajabets directly without receiving an adequate response. Therefore, I am requesting AskGamblers to please escalate this matter and assist me in getting a proper resolution.

KYC verification delayed for months

Dear AskGamblers Team

My ID and selfie verification were already approved by Rajabets. They then requested additional documents, including utility bills and a bank statement showing my deposit.

I submitted all genuine documents, but they have been stuck on "Waiting" status for several months. Whenever I reach out via live chat or email, I receive the exact same automated reply that "KYC is under review."

They are deliberately delaying my verification to avoid processing withdrawals. All proofs are attached. Please intervene to get my KYC approved.

My verification is in waiting status from 5 months. First two times they rejected my documents for bank statement, but this time, I uploaded all required documents with bank statement also. Yet it's waiting from 2 months and support gives only single reply wait plz. There are no any concrete time limit, really unbelievable. It's total fake casino.

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am raising this complaint against Rajabets Casino regarding an unreasonable delay in my KYC verification process. My Rajabets User ID: jyot978013I have submitted all the required, valid identification documents for my account verification. However, my KYC has been kept in "Pending" status for a prolonged period, which is restricting my account access and potential withdrawals.

When I contacted Rajabets customer support to check the status, they gave me extremely unprofessional replies, stating that they do not have any fixed timeline for finishing the KYC process ("Hamara koi fixed time nahi hai"). This is highly unfair, as keeping a user's verification on hold indefinitely without giving a definitive timeframe is unacceptable. I have provided clear documents, and there is no valid reason for this delay.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help me get my KYC verified by Rajabets at the earliest. I am also attaching the relevant screenshots of my pending verification status and my conversation with their support team.

My account verification has been pending since 20 July 2026 despite uploading all the requested documents. I uploaded my identity card (front and back) and selfie on 20 July, and after being asked to re-upload my identity card, I did so again on 23 July. However, all documents are still showing as “Waiting,” and my account has not been verified.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue has still not been resolved. As a result, I am unable to fully use my account or access the funds currently held in it.

I request that RajaBet review my submitted documents and complete the verification process immediately, or provide a clear explanation if any additional information is required.
