I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in the verification of my account. I have submitted all the required documents (ID and Selfie) as per "Rajabets" guidelines, but my account verification has not been completed even after 7 days. Due to this, my funds have been blocked, and I am unable to withdraw the money I urgently need.

I would like to clarify that I have not used any bonuses or engaged in any activities outside the scope of normal account usage. Despite reaching out to their team through email and customer support, I have only received automated replies or no response at all.
