Struggled a lot for verification and to withdraw my winnings

I registered a complaint on casino guru about this rajabets for not verifying my documents even they are proper. My winnings are around 13k and the total money was 14k. After registering a complaint, they called me and told me that we have made your winning amount 'zero' and if you want your deposited money please revoke the complaint from casino guru or else we will block your account. Is this the way to deal an user who deposited money and spent his time to win the money. The worst thing is I never struggled this much in any casino website for verification which i faced in this website even the documents are original and belongs to me.

They asked me to submit my

1. Pan card front

2. Pan card back

3. Selfie holding pan card

4. Aadhar card

5. Phone bill

6. Bank statement

What else do they require? They approved the first 3 but they kept rejecting the remaining docs over a period of time which led me to stress myself for just a verification.

When it comes to customer support, I asked about my verification documents, and they used to say only one thing' we don't have the authority to verify your docs, it will be done by the risk department team and there is no such concrete time for verification'. Customer support is just for shit there.

"I just need my money along with winning money. AskGamblers please help me. I am ready to provide you with any kind of information."
