I am very disappointed with Rajabets responsible gaming program.
On their platform, it mentions we help everyone with gambling addiction and put them under self-exclusion and now in reality when I am addicted to gambling and forcing them to put me under self exclusions they say they cannot do it and the reason given is to leave your account inactive for 3 months it will be automatically shut down..
Do these PPL understand a compulsive gambler can't stay away from gambling until their account is closed..pls pls help me close my account
