Dear askgamblers team,
I deposited my money via cryptocurrency because online gambling in my country comes in the grey area, so to be safe from any unwanted attention I deposited via crypto. Now I won about 1000 INR and placed a withdrawal in the same cryptocurrency and same network. After 1 hour they cancelled my withdrawal and told me that 1st withdrawal cannot be cryptocurrency. This information is stated nowhere in their website and on top of that their website clearly states that withdrawals will be only sent to original payment method.
I am attaching my deposit receipt, my chat with the support screenshots, and the terms and conditions of their website that clearly contradict the statement made by the support
