Rejecting my withdrawal 15758 INR

Hi,

My username on Rajabets Casino is Misterg. I created an account on Rajabets after contacting their customer chat support. I said I was not an Indian user or had Indian nationality (because this casino is Indian-based). I said I was an international user with Pakistani nationality. When I created an account here, first of all, I contacted customer support should I deposit here or not? I have Pakistani nationality and I saw your casino site on social media and registered at your casino. Their customer support said to me you will not face any issues with withdrawals and deposits because we fully accept international users but you can only do transactions through cryptocurrency (See our chat conversations on attached images). She made me sure I would not face any issues with withdrawal that's why I deposited my first money here.

Now I have 15758 INR Rupees in my account that I want to withdraw but they are cancelling my withdrawal. Now they are teasing me by giving me fake reasons you can't withdraw through cryptocurrency. I tried many times but they cancelled it. (See attachments). When I contacted their customer service they said you can't withdraw your money in Cryptocurrency and you need an Indian bank account or an Indian e-wallet so that's why you can't withdraw the money. (What is the reason why an international client has an Indian bank??? this is a way of their fraud)

They told me you earn this money from a bonus amount that's why you can't withdraw through cryptocurrency. Let me clear I earned this money from spinning their weekly (Wednesday) wheel of fortune because my deposit was more than 50000 inr rupes in a week. They offered one wheel of fortune spin to those users who had placed bets of 50000 inr rupees in a week. I lost 45000 inr in that week in sports betting. So, they offered me a Wheel of Fortune spin, and I won 7500 inr free eSports bet. I placed a bet according to their terms on 1.95 odds and won it. Now my account balance is 15758 and they are not giving my withdrawal. They are giving fake reasons this is a bonus of winning money and you can't withdraw it through cryptocurrency. Let me be clear if assume their this evidence is correct then why did they withdraw my 1950 rupes winnings through Cryptocurrency on 6 May 2024 because that money as I also won the same method (through Sunday Wheel of Fortune and got a free eSport bet 1000 rupes and won 1950 rupes). Why? Why did they give me a withdrawal of 1950 inr rupees through cryptocurrency? (See attachments). They are lying and doing fraud. They are giving me this reason because this time I won a big amount.

Why would I have an Indian bank to withdraw my funds? Why?. Kindly it is my request that please force them to release my funds as soon as possible through any e-wallets (I am willing to provide them) because I am in the right position you can check all the evidence that I have attached files. If they can't send me my withdrawal through Cryptocurrency then I will provide you my wallet address for Skrill e-wallet, Jeton wallet, and Google Pay because these e-wallets are working in my country. Only two options are available on my withdrawal account cryptocurrency and Astropay. Astropay didn't accept Pakistani nationals that's why I can't have an Astropay wallet. They already know this and their chat support offered me you can withdraw through Astropay. How can I withdraw from it??? They simply don't want to give me my money and playing tactics. I offered them are number of other e-wallets you can send me through them but they denied it. They can send my funds to any e-wallet that I have mentioned above.

Moreover, I am also giving other evidence of their fraud. They restricted me so that I could not place sports bets below 1.4 odds. If the odds are lower 1.4 then I am not able to bet. What is this nonsense when I contacted their customer service they said you are restricted when I asked where I had written it in your terms and conditions then they ended my chat. What is this???

Please it is not fair to me. Make any solution for my payment and send me as soon as possible. Will international users have to face these difficulties then why are they accepting international users? They should ban international users if they don't want to give their money.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Nature of Winnings: My total balance is ₹1,09,301.50. I want to state clearly that I won this amount purely through Cricket Multibets in the Sportsbook.

I have NOT played any casino games and I have NOT used any bonuses. This is my hard-earned cash money. Current Location: I am currently working in Qatar. I have been completely transparent about my residency from the start. Documents Already Emailed:

I have already provided the following to your official support channel: Indian Identity: Aadhaar Card (Front & Back) and PAN Card.Work & Residency Proof: My Qatar ID and my Indian Passport (sent to verify my current location in Qatar).Mandatory Selfie: A clear photo of me holding my Original ID Card along with a white paper where "RAJABETS" and the Current Date are clearly handwritten. Transaction Evidence: Screenshots of all my Deposits and my Winning Cricket Bet Slips.Despite me providing every single proof required for a professional KYC process, my withdrawals were rejected.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
