Rajabets ignoring all self exclusion and account closure requests


I have repeatedly emailed Rajabets requesting permanent account closure and self-exclusion. However, they have not responded to any of my emails. This complete lack of response is very unprofessional and shows no regard for responsible gambling obligations.

Rajabets should allow players to self-exclude upon request, but they are ignoring my communication entirely. I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue by ensuring my account is permanently closed and self-exclusion is applied.

Rajabets is lying. I never asked to revoke my self-exclusion request. I only requested self-exclusion, but they denied it and then falsely claimed I asked for a revoke. This is a clear misrepresentation and directly against their own responsible gambling policy.
