I submitted all the documents that were required by Rajabets for completion of verification process on 14/06/2026 but it's been more than a week that my account verification status is still in " waiting".
Due to this I am unable to withdraw funds from my account. The total balance in my account is nearly 167000 INR.
I have already contacted live support multiple times, sent several emails, and even raised the issue publicly, but I am only receiving repeated generic responses like please wait, without any clear timeline or resolution
Please check and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

This complaint has been reopened as per Rajabets Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
I have fully cooperated with them by providing them what they required for kyc verification of my account.All my account details and kyc details are correct but still they are delaying.
I request again askgamblers team to strictly intervene in this matter which is becoming serious day by day and resolve this matter in a fair and transparent manner.
I again want to tell Raja bets casino to look into the matter on priority and provide a resolution asap.I also want a clear timeframe for the same.
