Prolonged Account Verification and Withdrawal Issue with Rajabets Casino

Dear Askgambler Team,


I am writing to file a formal complaint against Rajabets Casino regarding an unresolved account verification process that has been pending for over eight months (240+ days). See the attached screenshot of status. Due to this delay, my withdrawal of INR 123,000 remains suspended. Below is a detailed explanation of my experience:

1. ID Verification Delay:

After an extended waiting period, my ID was finally verified. However, this process alone took over a month, which was already unreasonably long.

2. Additional Document Request:

After completing the ID verification, I was informed ( After contacting with them) by the Rajabets support team that I needed to submit a bank statement. This was never mentioned as a requirement during the initial verification process, as shown in the attached screenshot.

3. Document Submission Timeline:

• Then, I submitted my bank statement (last three months, under my name).

• After 100+ days, my document was rejected, citing that the statement must come from the same bank used for previous withdrawals. I then submitted statements from all my bank accounts and Astropay withdrawal details for verification.

4. Lack of Communication:

Despite following up through live chat and email multiple times over the past eight months, I have only received generic responses such as, “Please mind that there is no concrete time period given for verifications.” No meaningful updates or resolutions have been provided, leaving me in limbo.

This prolonged delay and lack of communication are completely unacceptable. I now doubt the credibility of this platform and feel harassed by Rajabets’ non-cooperative approach.


Additional Points to Consider:

• I could not find any Terms and Conditions on the site stating that there is no specific time frame for verification or that customers would not receive updates during the process. Even if such terms exist, they should not override basic customer rights.

• If there were issues with my documents, why wasn’t I contacted directly with clear instructions or resolutions?

• It seems that Rajabets often delays verifications unless complaints are filed on platforms. Similar issues have been reported by other users, which raises serious concerns about their practices.

This behavior reflects poorly on Rajabets Casino, as it violates ethical business practices and customer trust. I kindly request that your team take strict action against Rajabets and assist me in resolving this matter so I can withdraw my funds.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.
