I have uploaded my required documents for verification to this website on 6th of January and they still haven't verified it. When I contact their support they give excuses and do not give any timeframe. They just want to illegally hold on to my money. Please ask gamblers I am begging you to help me with this.

This request from the casino is false as I did not use a bank account to upload funds into the account, I used crypto usdt to upload funds so they have no rights to ask for my bank statement. Also today they asked me for my phone bill which I already provided. I believe they are doing this just to delay me and nothing else. Please see to this

How are you not able to understand that I didn't use a bank account to deposit, I used crypto usdt to deposit so on what basis are you asking me for bank account statement and also which bank account would you even want? I have multiple bank accounts but I only need to provide you with the one which I used to deposit and I already mentioned that I didn't use a bank account to deposit. Also your team on live support clearly told me that the only document they now require from me for successfully processing my withdrawal is my phone bill which I have already attached in your site.
askgamblers please note that even after repeatedly telling them that I used a crypto deposit and not a bank transfer, they are asking me for bank account statement. I don't mind providing them the statement but which account would I even show them since I didn't even use any bank account.
