Payment declined after account is fully verified
Dear AskGambler team, I am raising this complaint for the third time because my last two complaint has been rejected. But after chatting on live chat with your AskGambler member staff they advised me to create a new complaint and they told me that your new complaint will be reviewed again. I have already told every thing in live chat but I will start from the very first again as I deposited 20k INR in this casino 4- 5 times and all times I lost all my money but when I deposit money 6th time and fortunately I win up to 82,000 INR and also I have not used any of the promotion or bonuses I was playing with my real money and my account was fully verified but when I try to withdraw then they unverified my account and rejected. My withdrawal stated that your account is pending for verification so they asked me for documents multiple time I provided them all. I have already forwarded them their request document and now it's been more than 30 days they they have been keeping me waiting for this much long without any genuine and authentic reason they have confiscating my funds for more than 30 days. They are even not giving any proper justification. Also they didn't reply my mail for more than 20 days. Why they have stopped my withdrawal. I will provide you with the all relevant, proofs and documents that support my claim against this casino.
