Not verifying kyc from 15 days

I submitted my kyc on July 29 but they are not verifying my kyc. Somehow I found the marketing head's telegram id and I messaged him. After 3 days he has verified the kyc but now asking for utility bill on my name even though I have submitted that too but now they are not verifying it and he even directly said he won't verify the profile.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed. While I fully understand and respect the need for verification procedures, I am concerned about the timing and duration of this process.


Prior to this significant win, I had deposited funds, played regularly, and successfully received several withdrawals from my account without being asked to complete any additional verification. It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.


Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.
