Not processing the account verification and withdraw request

Hello there my username with rajabets.com is < removed and sent to the casino >


After I have created an account with rajabets.com and deposited 141000 INR and played and when my account balance reaches 213070.50 INR on 02/08/2024 when i try to place a withdraw request and my withdraw request have been cancelled and asked to upload the id verification documents.On dated 03/08/2024 I have uploaded my ID proof and selfie with it along with ID proof i have also uploaded my bank statement used for withdraw request creation. Since the uploaded the documents and now almost 8 days lapsed and no response found from this bookie.


The main issues when you lose money no id verification required maximum stake allowed for placing a bet. And when you start wining then the problem arises restricted withdraw etc.


Very worst experience with this website...Hopefully askgamblers help me to retrieve my withdrawal request get processed.

Why are you rajabets collecting funds from Indian customers through third party individual or shell company bank accounts?(All bank account comes under different name and not even a bank account comes with rajabets company name).

Why are you keep changing the bank account details used for funds collection from indian customers for every few days say 3 to 4 once you change bank account details??Why ?

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Transaction Evidence: Screenshots of all my Deposits and my Winning Cricket Bet Slips.Despite me providing every single proof required for a professional KYC process, my withdrawals were rejected.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
