Not closing my Account after asking

Hello

For the last 2 years I have been playing on Rajabet as a VIP member but recently I have been loosing too much on the site without any loyalty rewards so I had decided to close my account forever as I don’t want to go on the site play more and loose more for that i request my account to be completely deactivated forever.

For most of the time they ignored me I went on there Customer chat and after so many attempts I managed to get a answer from them which said I have to contact there support mail and give a reason on why I m cancelling my membership which I did on 20 July after that as I m a VIP member I have a dedicated WhatsApp service who give me instant support i contact them.. usually they reply in some minutes but hours passed on and they ignore my message after repeatedly messaging they replied me by saying why I want to deactivate my account which I explained them and after that it’s been 24 hours I haven’t heard back all they are doing is ignoring me and don’t want to close my account because I am loosing money every week without any reward and they are loving it.. I am addicted to play on there site due to one of there bonus but every time I deposit I loose and now I don’t want to continue but they are ignoring me.

Hello.

As usual again Rajabet is buying time making sure they don’t close my account and in the meantime I deposit heavily and loose money.

If you used some common sense you would know Askgamble must have already forward you my registered Username & Email but then why would we let someone go so easily who is loosing money.. right?

Just cut the crap and Deactivated my account as soon as possible Oreles you will be responsible for the money I loose now on your site if I deposit.
