My withdrawals have been delayed since a week and no response from the support team


My username is < sent to the casino > on rajabets. This has been the worst betting platform I’ve ever used. 6 of my withdrawals are pending since so long. 2 withdrawals of Rs. 100000 and Rs. 50000 is been pending since a week and the support team is doing nothing about it. They are just ignoring my emails and messages. I’m literally fed up speaking to them. I need AskGamblers to intervene and find a resolution. As there’s further Rs. 2300000 in my account and Rajabets is trying to cheat me here. When I started to make winnings, they have delayed the withdrawals and doing all this nonsense. Until then everything was fine.

Something needs to be done urgently as I’m scared if my funds will be stolen by Rajabets. I’ve never seen any other betting platform delaying their withdrawals for more than 24 hours. But this particular rajabets have kept my withdrawals pending since 7 days now and that’s not at all acceptable. Something needs to be done urgently.

I’m attaching the screenshots from the rajabets account showing all the pending withdrawals and my account details. All the circled images are the pending withdrawals. Kindly do something urgently please.

Yet again the Same response from rajabets. They are just prolonging this matter and buying time so that they can delay my withdrawals. I clearly can’t accept a withdrawal of Rs. 100000 to be processed in 14-20 days time. Considering the fact that my daily withdrawal limit on Rajabets is Rs. 150000. Hence, I need an assurance from Rajabets team that all my withdrawals moving forward will be processed within 24-48 hours.

@rajabets team need to give a guarantee here and process my withdrawals accordingly in future. As it’s still taking 14-20 days for a withdrawal of Rs. 100000 to be processed. Infact there’s a withdrawal of Rs. 100000 pending from 04/06/2026 which is 7 days back. They are just constantly delaying my withdrawals even after repeated follow ups. Also I have Rs. 2500000 still left in my account and I need those funds urgently. I’m extremely worried about my funds.

Kindly ask Rajabets to give a written confirmation here that all withdrawals moving forward will be processed within 24-48 hours. Because otherwise this issue is getting delayed over and over. It’s been 3 months since this case has been opened and it’s not going anywhere.

As per our check we see that the users last withdrawal was completed and the transaction requests after that are also being processed the same.

There is no further action can be taken or required as it is on a regular process.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Nature of Winnings: My total balance is ₹1,09,301.50. I want to state clearly that I won this amount purely through Cricket Multibets in the Sportsbook.

Transaction Evidence: Screenshots of all my Deposits and my Winning Cricket Bet Slips.Despite me providing every single proof required for a professional KYC process, my withdrawals were rejected.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
