My kyc verification is pending since 3 days Not able to withdraw money

My account verification has been pending since 20 July 2026 despite uploading all the requested documents. I uploaded my identity card (front and back) and selfie on 20 July, and after being asked to re-upload my identity card, I did so again on 23 July. However, all documents are still showing as “Waiting,” and my account has not been verified.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue has still not been resolved. As a result, I am unable to fully use my account or access the funds currently held in it.

I request that RajaBet review my submitted documents and complete the verification process immediately, or provide a clear explanation if any additional information is required.

When I ask the customer care they keep saying the same thing: it will in queue or bank side problem or we are working on it. Seems they are planning to distract the player mind and get them lost.
