My deposit amount not credited

On March 1st, i made a deposit by transferring Rs 8000 to my Rajabets account through a UPI payment from Paytm.

The amount got deducted from my bank account, and the transaction in Rajabets was showing the transaction as cancelled.

I made multiple follow-ups using live chat and email communication.

Rajabets is saying the amount is not credited to the beneficiary account.

But my upi transaction is showing as a success and amount deducted from my account.

Attaching payment proof and my bank statement.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed. Prior to this significant win, I had deposited funds, played regularly, and successfully received several withdrawals from my account without being asked to complete any additional verification. It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.


Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.
