Hi Team,

Rajabets has deducted the amount of 5710 from my account and when I tried to contact them they responded with "it has come to our attention that you received a bonus that you were not eligible for. The bonus was only intended for users who received the corresponding email notification. As a result, your winnings associated with the bonus have been deducted"

I have told them multiple times that I have got the email for the same. for 20 free spins bonus and I have shared a screenshot as well.

After replying for the first time they don't reply.

After I filler this complaint they released 1000 RS and asked me to take my complaint back.

As per the condition of free spins I have only won 210 Rupees, rest 5710 was earn from then in sports betting and casino.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed.
