Hi Ask gamblers support,
My withdrawal is rejected stating "verification pending". I have uploaded requested documents 9 days back, till now I have not received any update. It seems they are intentionally delaying this process. Please help me with this situation to complete my verification to get my funds. Let me know if you need any documents. Thank you,

there is no option to upload video over casino portal, evidence attached, Rajabet chat support advised me to sent video over email "verification@rajabets.com" , and i have sent the same 9 days ago, so far i have not received any update from them, evidence of sending .mp4 over email attached. there is nothing pending from your my end.
