there is no option to upload video over casino portal, evidence attached, Rajabet chat support advised me to sent video over email "verif­ica­tio­n@r­aja­bet­s.com" , and i have sent the same 9 days ago, so far i have not received any update from them, evidence of sending .mp4 over email attached. there is nothing pending from your my end.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.

Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.
