KYC verification pending for over 6 months

I am facing a long-pending KYC verification issue with Rajabets, despite submitting all required documents multiple times.

Here is the timeline:

First KYC submission: 4 May 2025

Rejected: 16 June 2025 without clarification

Re-submitted twice afterwards

Most recent submission: 17 November 2025

Current status still shows: “Waiting”

I have provided:

✔ Aadhaar/PAN

✔ Address proof

✔ Selfie

✔ All details match my registered account

Despite repeatedly contacting support, I continue to receive generic replies stating they cannot intervene and that the Risk Team processes verifications in order. There has been no update, feedback, or review in over 6 months since my first submission.

This delay is unacceptable and is blocking me from accessing withdrawals. My funds are locked without any resolution.

Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the player's confirmation of using a payment method which is registered under a different name, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and officially closed. Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed.
