My ID and selfie verification were already approved by Rajabets. They then requested additional documents, including utility bills and a bank statement showing my deposit.

I submitted all genuine documents, but they have been stuck on "Waiting" status for several months. Whenever I reach out via live chat or email, I receive the exact same automated reply that "KYC is under review."

They are deliberately delaying my verification to avoid processing withdrawals. All proofs are attached. Please intervene to get my KYC approved.

My verification is in waiting status from 5 months. First two times they rejected my documents for bank statement, but this time, I uploaded all required documents with bank statement also. Yet it's waiting from 2 months and support gives only single reply wait plz. There are no any concrete time limit, really unbelievable. It's total fake casino.

When I contacted Rajabets customer support to check the status, they gave me extremely unprofessional replies, stating that they do not have any fixed timeline for finishing the KYC process ("Hamara koi fixed time nahi hai"). I uploaded my identity card (front and back) and selfie on 20 July, and after being asked to re-upload my identity card, I did so again on 23 July. However, all documents are still showing as “Waiting,” and my account has not been verified.
