Kyc verification delayed since 17th june 2025

Hello AskGamblers,

I am filing this complaint regarding the pending KYC verification process on Rajabets Casino.

I submitted all the required KYC documents (government-issued ID, address proof, and selfie) on 17th June 2025. As of today, it has been several days and the verification is still not completed, with my account showing "Pending Verification" status.

I reached out to Rajabets customer support through live chat multiple times, but they have not given any clear response or estimated timeline. I have attached screenshots of these chats for your reference.

Additionally:

My account currently holds a balance of ₹150,000

I have placed a few bets during this time

I am unable to make withdrawals or access full account features due to this delay

This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I am not receiving proper support from the casino team. I request AskGamblers to kindly look into this issue and assist in getting my KYC verified as soon as possible.

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

Dear Sir/Madam,


I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed. While I fully understand and respect the need for verification procedures, I am concerned about the timing and duration of this process.


Prior to this significant win, I had deposited funds, played regularly, and successfully received several withdrawals from my account without being asked to complete any additional verification. It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.


Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.


I respectfully request your assistance in reviewing this matter and ensuring that my verification process is completed promptly so that my outstanding payout can be released without any further delay.
