KYC verification delayed for months

I am filing this complaint against Rajabets Casino because my deposit has not been credited to my casino account, even though the payment was made successfully from my bank account.

I have already provided my bank statement and payment screenshot as proof of the transaction. However, the casino continues to request video proof, even after I have submitted these documents.

I am willing to cooperate with a reasonable verification process, but I am concerned about providing a video containing sensitive personal or banking information due to privacy and security concerns.

I request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and ask Rajabets Casino to verify the transaction using the bank statement, payment screenshot, and transaction reference number already provided.

Please help me get my deposit credited to my casino account or have the amount refunded to my original payment method.

I can provide any additional reasonable supporting documents required for verification.

I have been facing withdrawal issues on Rajabets for the last 8 days. I signed up with Rajabets on 25/09/2026, made 4 successful deposits, and completed 2 successful withdrawals on 26/09 and 27/09 without being asked for any KYC.

On 28/09, I requested another withdrawal of INR 100,000 (their maximum withdrawal limit). When the withdrawal was delayed, their support explicitly told me that it had been processed and debited from their end and that the delay was due to a bank-side technical issue. I have screenshots of this conversation.

I waited patiently for 4 days and repeatedly contacted their support, but received only generic responses. Then, the withdrawal was automatically cancelled, and suddenly I was told that I needed to complete KYC before withdrawing.

I complied and submitted all requested documents through both their app and email. However, my KYC has now been pending for 4 days, with no clear response or timeline from support.

My current balance is INR 920,000, which I have been trying to withdraw for more than 8 days. I have also found numerous similar complaints online regarding Rajabets delaying withdrawals by introducing KYC requirements after players win.

I am attaching screenshots of the support conversations, cancelled withdrawal, KYC submission, and current balance.

AskGamblers, could you please help escalate this with Rajabets and get my KYC completed and funds released? I am not placing any further bets until this issue is resolved.

I have also sent multiple follow-up emails to Rajabets, but I am not receiving any proper response or meaningful update regarding the status of my verification.

I want to clearly state that I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity or intentionally violated any betting rules. I have provided the documents requested by Rajabets and have been waiting patiently for more than two months.

I find it unreasonable that my funds can remain inaccessible for such a long period while the operator continues to delay the verification without providing a clear explanation or resolution timeline.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help me obtain:

• A clear explanation from Rajabets regarding the reason for the prolonged KYC delay.
• Confirmation of whether any additional documents or information are actually required from me.
• Immediate completion of my KYC verification.
• Release of my legitimate funds and processing of my pending withdrawal.

My verification is in waiting status from 5 months. First two times they rejected my documents for bank statement, but this time, I uploaded all required documents with bank statement also. Yet it's waiting from 2 months and support gives only single reply wait plz. There are no any concrete time limit, really unbelievable. It's total fake casino.

Please help me. I have 18500 in my gaming account, but no any satisfied response from support by live chat, and I sent many mails but no response.

I am raising this complaint against Rajabets Casino regarding an unreasonable delay in my KYC verification process. My Rajabets User ID: jyot978013I have submitted all the required, valid identification documents for my account verification. However, my KYC has been kept in "Pending" status for a prolonged period, which is restricting my account access and potential withdrawals.

When I contacted Rajabets customer support to check the status, they gave me extremely unprofessional replies, stating that they do not have any fixed timeline for finishing the KYC process ("Hamara koi fixed time nahi hai"). This is highly unfair, as keeping a user's verification on hold indefinitely without giving a definitive timeframe is unacceptable. I have provided clear documents, and there is no valid reason for this delay.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help me get my KYC verified by Rajabets at the earliest. I am also attaching the relevant screenshots of my pending verification status and my conversation with their support team.

My account verification has been pending since 20 July 2026 despite uploading all the requested documents. I uploaded my identity card (front and back) and selfie on 20 July, and after being asked to re-upload my identity card, I did so again on 23 July. However, all documents are still showing as “Waiting,” and my account has not been verified.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue has still not been resolved. As a result, I am unable to fully use my account or access the funds currently held in it.

I request that RajaBet review my submitted documents and complete the verification process immediately, or provide a clear explanation if any additional information is required.
