It's been 17 days since I submitted needed documents however Rajabets.com has not verified my account. The status still shows as waiting. Rajabets Live chat support team their answer is there is no concrete timeline for verification ?????. I have only one account with Rajabets and I have used only one bank account for all my transactions till now.

My last withdrawal got cancelled and kyc verification was asked me. I immediately on 19.07.2024 submitted required documents. Now from the status is still waiting. Customer support has same reply "your documents in queue". I have 17 days kyc verification issued but status still waiting.
Amount held with casino is Rs. 964055 INR
Also I have single account with Rajabets and use my own single accounts for deposit and withdrawal.
