Intentionally Delaying my Verification and withdrawal of 21 Lacs INR

My username on rajabets is < username removed >

I have been trying to get my account verified on rajabets.com now for last 8 days. I uploaded all my documents on 16 July 2024. I have a winnings of 21 Lacs in my account which I want to withdraw but seems like these guys are deliberately delaying my verification so I can not withdraw my winnings. I deposited 45000 Cash Balance and didn't use any bonus money at all. Every day I contact them and ask about why it's taking so long for them to verify my account, they keep saying there is no concrete time for verification. I strongly feel they are intentionally doing this.

I have made a video recording of my rajabets account which shows the main balance in my account, the cash balance deposited and pending document verification with dates mentioned. Here is the link:

1. My chat with rajabets agent repeatedly said there is no concrete timeframe for verification at rajabets

3. Status of uploaded documents showing as "Waiting". you can check the date I uploaded the documents.


I request you to please contact them and sort this out for me so that I can withdraw my winnings without any further delay.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Askgamblers You are equally involved in this supporting fraud casinos like rajabets. I chose rajabets after checking the rating of this scam website as good on your website. Clearly it was deceptive and i fell in trap and made my account on rajabets and made few deposits as well.

I was once had 50 Lacs winnings in my account. I kept requesting from last 41 days to get my account verified so i can withdraw. Been requesting to you and rajabets to get my withdrawal processed but seems like you guys are just waste of time. you absolutely did nothing to resolve this.

Today i have no winning money left at all in my account. I kept playing and eventually lost it. But remember, i had 50 lacs and i kept begging you useless people to sort this out for me so i could withdraw my winnings. 40 Days. What a shame.

Just to update, They verified my account on 21 August 2024. Then I made a withdrawal request of 1 lac and it took them 3 days to approve the withdrawal.

Furthermore, I made another withdrawal request of 1 lac on 25 August 2024 and it's still pending to be processed as of now.

So on average even if they take 4 days to process one withdrawal request (of 1 lac each as maximum withdrawal amount set by them per day), it will take them 80 days to process my total withdrawal of 20 lacs.

Now please consider this and tell me if you still think this is fair and justifiable.

80 days seriously? And it's all facts I'm telling you based on my real experience with them.

Therefore, I request you to kindly mention all these things on your page about rajabets so that people become aware of this and no one feels this terrible experience ever again choosing them for play and deposit.

Honestly, you need to update your review page about rajabets and mention all these negative points about them.

Otherwise, people like me, who choose an online casino based on askgambler review website will keep falling in this trap.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).
