Trying to put my account under self exclusion, had made an earlier complaint for which they paused my account for a day and reactivated by adding bonus so I further get more addicted to gambling. I did email their customer service few days back, I did not receive any acknowledgement.
I would request Askgamblers to intervene in this matter and tell them to comply towards responsible gambling code of conduct which is mention on their platform. I don't understand why they deny in closure of the account, do they have no social responsibility in helping their customer to quit gambling. When ever we talk about self exclusion bonus is added to my account to pull us further in a dark hole.
